We are a family oriented, very professionally run charter fishing business in FL, always striving to make every single charter an exciting, fun and memorable experience for all ages. Full-time charter captain Joe loves introducing kids to the great sport of fishing and is the very proud father of two beautiful children, Joey and Justine (a first grade school teacher). Consequently, children are ALWAYS welcome aboard Fort Myers Fishing Adventures.
Fort Myers Fishing Adventures is based out of world famous Salty Sam's Marina in Fort Myers Beach. Salty Sam's Marina is a top-notch facility which boasts a wonderful ship store (loaded with great gift ideas) and one of Captain Joe's favorite hang-out's, the renowned Parrot Key Caribbean Grill.
As you are well aware, Florida is home to “world-class” saltwater fishing and this is especially true in the Fort Myers area. We boast some of the finest shallow water fishing found anywhere, targeting Snook, Redfish, Sheepshead, Sea Trout, Ladyfish and more. If the weather permits, we can run out to one of our many offshore/nearshore destinations, in search of Grouper, Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Barracuda, Triggerfish, Tripletail, as well as other species. Depending on weather and bait patterns, we may even hook up with a few King Mackerel, Amberjack, Cobia, Permit, and sharks.
You and your party will be fishing on a 28 foot Parker with twin outboards, This is a unique, very safe fishing charter boat that fishes comfortably well offshore, yet still shines in shallow water on our back bay trips. It is also noted that our boat contains a private Marine toilet for your convenience.
Captain Joe is pro staff for several companies, including Scotty downriggers and Daiwa Reels, therefore, you can rest assured that you will be fishing with the finest equipment available. Our fishing boat is loaded with the latest in fishing electronics, including state-of-the-art GPS chart-plotters, that pinpoint favorite fishing hot spots.
